This Sweet Cream Buttermilk is a dried milk powder which has been manufactured from sweet cream. Because of its unique flavor, it is a favorite ingredient for prepared mixes, frozen desserts, and baked goods.

- MIXING: It is suggested that one pour the powder into water (approximately half the volume desired) stirring continuously as the additional water is added. Continue to stir until the powder is in solution. A blender may be used for mixing. Agitate for about 30 seconds. For exact reconstituting to the 10% solids level mix by weight. This may be accomplished by mixing one part of powder (by weight) with nine parts of water (by weight). To make one quart: Place 3.2 oz. (by weight) into a measure-marked container. Stir while adding cold water.

- Stir while adding cold water. Due to settling of the dry milk results may vary slightly.
- STORAGE: Product should be stored in a dry, cool, clean location free of odors with a temperature below 80 degrees F and relative humidity below 65%. Although product stored for one year is usually found to be satisfactory, the manufacturer suggests that it not be stored for more than six months to assure fresh tasting product. An airtight container is recommended for long term storage.
